MACHINING STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM @ BOEING HELENA
Dates
: June 19th to July 30th
Shifts
: 8 hours with 30 min lunch, 7AM to 3:30PM
Wages
: Students will be paid $18.28/hr. Returning students will be paid an additional $1/hr
What to Expect
:
This six-week program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive experience in machining -- including hands-on training, job shadowing, and career planning support.
Candidate Pre-requisites
:
> Be aged 17+ on June 19th, 2026
> Have completed at least Senior year of High School on June 19th, 2026
> Have machining training and/or experience

Selection Process & Timeline
: You will hear if you shortlisted to participate in a virtual interview by early March. Interviewed candidates will learn if they are recommended, rejected or waitlisted by first week of April.

Mention any projects or maintenance experiences you have had working with tools - whether at school or college classes, in clubs, DIY at home, hobbies etc.
