Boeing offers accelerated hiring pathways to military servicemembers and veterans who hold or held qualified Military Occupation Codes (MOC). Accelerated hiring pathways include Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) and Boeing Manufacturing Accelerated Careers (BMAC).
• Through the BPET accelerated hiring pathway, qualifying* individuals can receive an offer of full-time employment at Boeing without having to interview, when applying for BPET Certified Job Roles that align with their MOC .
• Through the BMAC accelerated hiring pathway, qualifying* individuals are guaranteed an interview or, for some positions, the opportunity to take a job-specific pre-hire assessments, when applying for BMAC Certified job roles that align with the MOC
Active-duty service members who hold a qualifying MOC, or veterans that separated from the military in the last 2 years from a qualifying MOC, are eligible for this program. Military Reservists are considered Active-Duty for qualifying purposes.
The BPET / BMAC accelerated hiring pathways are designed for active duty servicemembers and veterans who have separated from service within the last 2 years.
